This session is the Grad DDaT Scheme information session for managers to hear about how the Health Innovation Network's flagship national Grad Scheme commissioned by NHS England can recruit, train and support talented DDaT scheme graduates to come into your teams at Band 5 and Band 6, and progress to your future managers.

The scheme has been recruited and trained over 170 graduates since 2018 in business function roles and EPR / EHR roles in trusts across the country., has a 91% retention rate and 100% progression rate into higher banded roles.

The Grad DDaT Scheme is supporting the NHS England Frontline Digitalisation Programme to support EPR transformation across the country, dial in to hear how we can source EPR staff for your mass transformation programme as well as your business as usual areas.
